Help needed to locate manufacturer of rickshaws

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a rickshaw like the one attached below in Malaysia. I have searched and so far have had no luck in finding a manufacturer in Malaysia. Are they only available through import? As i am really interested in purchasing a couple of them.

They are call Velo Taxi and they are manufactured in Germany

This pedicab is manufactured by www.veloform.com (http://www.veloform.com) - actually it is called CITYCRUISER I - check the website to see how the CITYCRUISER II and also the DELIVERY CRUISER looks like. You will not find them in Malaysia - you have to import them from Germany.
