1. Choose a forum where you want to post
2. Choose the "New Thread" button
3. You will see the advanced editor
4. You will see also a lot of small icons. Don't be confused ;-)
5 Choose the "Insert image" icon to include your foto. It is this one with the small mountains ;-)
It must be in the web. Please put the web address of the image.
It could be an image hosted at your website or anywhere in the WWW.

You may also ATTACH a file. Please chose in the upper part "Additonal Options" the button "Manage Attachments" and browse your hard disc.
