View Full Version : Benchmarking
Hello!
I was wondering if anyone had performed during his market study a benchmark between the various pedicab manufactured with pros and cons (comparison of price, reliability, design, weight, technology, etc.)
Without going all around the world, I find it difficult to test/see many models.

Hi Momo!
I wrote a loong and very informative answer to your question.
And everything disappeared when I was about to send it away...
I don't have stamina to write it again. Surch for simplicity and you are going to be happy and can earn money. Instead of worry about the spareparts. Cost of repair. Where to buy? Is it the right one?
I have developed a rickshaw without any truble for repair, for lifetime.
There are moduls, accessories, for different demands from customers, for the rickshaw. Very low price.
Good luck.:D

Hi Josef,
sorry about it....It is maybe because the system will logoff the users after a certain time...if you need "hours" to edit the text it could be losen.
I am so sorry. I know this problem from other boards and I will check it to avoid it in the future.
My recomendations:
1. Copy the text or
2. Edit a long text in a text editor and paste it.
Sorry again for the problems. I am working on it.

Hi Momo,
I think it would be a great idea to do a review of the different types of pedicabs. I could do a in the next future a review of
- Velotaxi (http://www.velotaxi.de/)
- Velocab (http://www.velocab.de/)
- Main Street Pedicab (http://www.pedicab.com/)
I tried them out and worked with them.
But it would be also great if somebody else would work on it!!!
My time is very limited and pedicabforum.com "absorbes" a lot of time.
The idea is great. Any operator here? Or riders. Yes: Pedicab drivers could also do a review!!!
Help us to do some reviews about the pedicabs you are working with!
But I also think: Try before you buy! You do not have to travel arround. One trip to one of the capitals of pedicabs (London)...and you may see most of the available pedicabs :D:D:D:D
Josef: The "Automatic logoff time for inactive users" was 15 minutes...After 15 minutes the registered users were logoffed automatically. Now I changed it to 60 minutes! For future postings: 1 hour to write your posting http://pedicabforum.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif. Sorry for the problems you had!
