Pedicabbing at the Indianapolis 500?

By the research I've done, Pedicabbing at the Indianapolis 500 sounds illegal, but has anyone ever tried this? Do they enforce the "no pedal cab" rule? I was thinking of taking a bike out to work, but might not now. Any insight?:confused:

From my experience ( which isn't very much ) I would call mainstreet and talk to them. With big events like that they can help, atleast with answers to alot my questions like that.

Indianapolis does (did) have a pedicab company. They have an ordinance in place.
