As some of you may already know I have been developing Insurance programs for pedicab companies world wide for the past several years. After the recent fatal accident out in San Diego, I urge company owners to re-evaluate their Insurance policies. As you can see, bad things can happen and you cannot control your drivers. The only thing you can do is prepare. If you have a "claims made" policy get rid of it - it is cheap but not proper. If you are paying what seems to be a very low premium, you need to check out the exclusions on the policy - if it seems too good to be true it probably is.
