See Fresh Pond in style
Would you like to take a chauffeured Pedicab tour of Fresh Pond? The Fresh Pond Trust, a private charitable foundation, is providing a summer program of Pedicab rides for Cambridge seniors and other Cambridge residents who might not be able to get around the pond on their own.
The rides leave from the front entrance of Neville Place on Concord Avenue - three rides each weekday morning and afternoon. The Pedicab seats two persons, so please bring a friend who might also not otherwise be able to enjoy the opportunity for spiritual rejuvenation offered by Fresh Pond.
For more information, call Jody Johnson, program coordinator, at 617-233-6394. If you know someone who might be willing to help by picking up seniors once a week at one of the centers, senior housing or at other Cambridge locations and taking them to and from Neville Place, also call Johnson.
