Just what we need in the West, another Asian company importing cheap rickshaws. Why does your web site have a pic of an Eastern European Polish made pedicab? Did you not already know that your Asian brothers from Turkey are already making cheap copies and flooding the streets of London with them?

Wow, I've been away to long ....... the insults still flow, I'm thinking that after respect and insults finish hope we still remember we're in the same industry - mind you I don't agree with making cheap, poorly constructed copies which just give bad reflections to the buyers.
If you're inspired by a pedicab already in the market, then improve and creat your own, not copy pictures, product and say it's your own.

If you look at your own web site http://www.safaribikes.com/del18.jpg & zoom the picture you'll be able to read the words EcoTaxi (it's the trade mark of a polish pedicab), which means you stohle the picture or are also making a copy of a good pedicab rather then show us a true picture of your pedicab. Looks bad either way and makes me think of pinocio ..........
Are all the other pictures stohlen from other websites?

I have a feeling he's no amateur, and i think he might be here to help represent the Indian/Asian Rickshaw industry...........these guys can spit out bikes........6000/day !
Just wait till a in-house design gets made from them, before you get too upset.......they sell mostly Traditional Style Rickshaws and bikes, have some inexpensive bikes that are pretty bombproof, and they're progress in many countries has been very productive.
Cycle Pathic was on them too hard and it pissed Jitin off........Like watching the Indians throwing the Brits out of India......Colonists ! LOL ! Just Kidding UK
To me it is a great chance to see new designs and remember how far we have gotten in this world, and I'm thinking they will be interested in expansion to create some really cool designs.........He's trying to make friends and Cycle Pathic was a Douche.
To be honest.......most of their designs are exclusive, except for one cab, so Cycle Pathic had no right to be so much of an arrogant Bigot.

I've just asked H7 engineering and guess what Andrew has no one in India making his pedicabs because his father makes them only in Poland, hence 'made in Poland'. Plus the picture was taken from his web site http://pedicabshop.com/ecotaxi.html
which means that you have a dishonest company which steal pictures, pretends to make something they don't and that means a potential buyer gets ripped off. In this case buyer beware and cycle_pathic_maniac is welcome from my point of view to put the boot in as hard and as rude as a moderator will let him :).
I'm rather angry with companies that steal other people’s good products, make crap copies, rob the previous creators of hard earned income for initial development and then try to pass off that they are an ok company. Keep clear of these guys

Now just to confirm the genuine Maxpro EcoTaxi's (http://pedicabshop.com/ecotaxi.html) are handmade in Poland and have never been outsourced by any manufacturer in India, China or anywhere else. Our design, quality and backup service has been greatly appreciated by many operators and riders in the United Kingdom and Europe and this is what contributed so greatly to the success of our brand.
Copy making is not only our problem but any brand that have a great products and reputation. What Safari Bikes are doing is simply a 'PASSING OFF' and a THEFT of intellectual property. All statements made by Jitin Sharma are just lies. With regret Jitin but you are stealing our designs, images and I advise you to remove all images and materials of our rickshaws from your website if you want to avoid legal action taken against you and really a bad PR.
If you are really a reputable company that has been awarded twice for quality and innovation you better remove any traces of our products from your website as this may give you a really bad name.

As far as I am concerned......................not one of your so called "Professionally Engineered" Cabs (Cycles Maximus, Main Street, Max Pro, VeloCab, nor Why Walk) have ever impressed me at all.........in fact guys who ride toys around town, claiming to be Work Bike Manufacturers, leading the environmental causes are the reason everyone gets regulated.......not because some one supposedly stole an idea and has flooded your "Territory" with imbeciles operating them....that only makes the overall image that much more hilarious from a Manufacturer's stand point.
This entire industry got popped for trying to make a quick buck at the expense of the patrons who were told they were getting a ride from a legit company........well how long did the Indy crew think they could schlep rides on bikes with Sub Standard Engineering.......and if these newer cabs were such a good deal (at upwards of 5000-6000) why did they, not one......include a custom milled set of components that operate without any drag on the axles??? why does your whole cab rest on a think and flexible axle.....ever wonder why they are so cheap....??
Can you really put your cab to the test when you need to maintain in traffic............obviously why they "stole" the idea..........cause they wanted to advance, and selected a cab that they felt was a new novelty toy, but had the most function out of the rest.......the chinese grabbed the Cycles Maximus and were shot down by performance ratings due to weight. This is what they call in America....The Grand Illusion.
And when you all are riding cabs around like gangs looking to stomp out the others in a free enterprise situation........what makes this professional........?
You all ride a Trike that hold blah blah blah amount of weight they say...........that is one hell of a testament to the blown out knees, accidents, broken frames we own, and the other Mechanical problems they all have faced.........not to mention the thousands of complaints filed each year about the cabs who drag the traffic to a halt trying to make a statement of their presence.
Anything to keep up that fake ass image of hard work............and the "GREEN" image.....see any progress in new models from any manufacturer....except Why Walk who is covering their LEMON MANUFACTURING LINE's frame failure, by remaking the new ones with a reinforcement bar, with o intention to replace the old frames.......
Come ride with our cabs, were the best......and if you don't like it we'll drive you outta town one way or the other.......

Anyway, I sold my cycles maximus in Australia and I am slowly riding home to England.
Can anyone give me some advice about Maxpros Ecotaxis, I had a few guys work for me down under who said they were the best bike for London. Waterproof wise. They said they could make the most money on them cos of the weather. _What about the engineering anyone have any useful info. Do those 24" at the front give out? Are the half shafts strong? Whats the weakness in the frame? What needs replacing after 3 years?
Wouldnt mind some serious replies, none of this I dont like them cos there are so many on every corner crap and China has started to make an inferior version bollocks

We use plenty of custom milled cnc parts on our Maxpro's. We do not use a custom ones for drive train and there is a reasoning behind it. Drive train in our views should be available from any good bike shop so in case anything happens the trike can be back on the road as quickly as possible.

You would be probably best to talk directly to EcoTaxi operators in London about reliability of our half shafts and other components. All I can say that from the start of our production in 2004 when we produced the first Maxpro G6 we have not sold a single half shaft for spare parts that was due to crack or bent.
I remember that even when the bus crashed into one of my EcoTaxis and smashed the carriage completely wit the wheel the shaft was still straight.
Currently we give a full year warranty on our pedicabs.
3 year for chassis, 3 year for axles, 3 year for lower carriage

I only make these parts to last, and offer a lifetime replacement on all milled and fabricated materials and components
These developments were made mostly because of the serious regulations closing businesses due to the engineering of the American Vehicles
I have seen your vehicles and feel that you have spent a considerable time in development and want to thank you for keeping up your standards........
My references for the other vehicles that were shotty remained mostly classified as Why Walks and Main Streets (in a few areas), have ridden most of the others except for yours, but already can tell you like this industry and your work enough to put some serious thought into it. We have a list of improvements and would be interested in collaborating my innovations with other trike manufacturers. Your cabs can really benefit from this development.
Let me know if you would trade a dozen basic cabs without any awnings for a series of CAD Designs and Upgraded Concepts to make your vehicles the fastest and most efficient vehicles they can be. I can size them to fit the existing frames and also can be available to help create any different models for your product lines.
Good Luck in the Marketplace........will send any interested European contacts your way for references, and will only be shipping ours to EU when requested....we wont try to saturate the market to distract the attention away from your progress.:cool:
