First night for SheboyganPedicab

The first night went well. I trolled the lakefront and riverfront areas a bit, picking up 2 ladies walking home from work. Made $5 on that one.

Went to the downtown area just as a performance let out. Picked up two elderly ladies who just wanted a quick tour. Made another $5.

Went back to the downtown, picked up another lady that needed a ride home (5 blocks) and made another $5.

I found out the next day from an employee at the performing center that the elderly ladies were talking me up pretty good. I believe the center will become a good source of revenue.

$15 for about 10miles and 2 hours of pedaling. Not great, but not bad either.

I'm contacting the local organizations about upcoming festivals, etc. Wish me luck!

BTW, the MainStreet rocks! I made it up the largest hill in town with 1 passenger aboard.

glad its working out. keep it up. i made 27 my first night, i was happy now im bummed if i make less than 50. its so much fun,i love it. happy the mainstreet is working out,i think im going to get one pretty so,i dont really like mine,it works but its just not what i want.

Just wait till you get the legs, you will look back & chuckle at that ride! can remember my first ride out & getting out of the base (which was at the bottom of a STEEEEEEEP ramp). My legs were full of pain & then got my first ride with three people which lasted for ever, as tryed to keep up with the 'older' riders. Keep going & you will be great! :D

thanks. i have been on a tight training schedule for the past month, it is helping. the legs get a little sore but nothing like the first few training runs.
