So right now there is two companies starting the Pedicab biz in Indy. One of them is me and the second is someone who basically copied everything from my website (www.indypedicabs.com). I have tried to contact this other guy to tell him how important it is for us to work together but I have not heard back from him.

He has a boat load of cash, so he has moved pretty fast.
I promise the customers of Indypedicabs.com will get the best experience ever.

    Unless I'm mistaken, your new competitor is mentioned on your home page under the "Our Customers Love Us!" heading. If this is the case, you might want to do something about it.
