I want a financial sponsor for a rickshaw designed to suit Indian conditions.The (my) concept is ready & I need to design,prototype & test an assembly.This could be done in a transparent,professional manner at the Industrial Design Centre, Indian Institute of Technology,Bombay (Mumbai). I wonder how much 1.75" OD .035 wall 4130 tubing costs in India? I would bet it costs more that it does in the states.

I don't think the material you've given is available in India. this is not U.S but far east, even here in europe it's a problem to get such a material
