PEDAL POWER BIKE TAXI
I was in a partnership under contract with John Van Hazinga of Ridin' High Skate Shop to advertise his signs on our cabs, and park our cabs outside his storefront for additional promo.....he broke the contract we had numerous times, became belligerant towards my riders and then attacked me on the evening of 7/16/08......locking my bike, my two cabs, and my property inside his shop.
The police were called and a report filed....but he has refused to talk to me and basically has hijacked my business....operating my two cabs and training his skate shop employees to ride the cabs for his own profit.
I am writing this to ask for legal advice and assistance from the pedicab community on the appropriate course of action other than suing in court to get my cabs back.......
