HUhh? so long as your setup with all the health & safety points covered any operator will be able to get insurance.

So PLEASE get facts staight

And what would these points be? Seat belts and a proper lighting system would be obvious, anything else someone looking to start up in the U.K. should know? I would hate to buy a used rickshaw or even a new one for use in the U.K. only to find myself having to pay a packet to get it insurable.
