Database was down

Hi to all,

as you maybe have seen: Rickshawforum was down yesterday due a big database problem. I have been working on it during the las 18 hours and I was able to:

- restore all photos of the gallery
- restore all entries in the directory
- restore all postings, execpt 9.th of january

Sorry for it...I upgraded also the software to the latest version....and also a "Thank you option" - each post has now a "woot" button at the bottom / right hand - just click it if you find the postings useful and say "Thank You" to the user.

The software upgrades are sometimes necessary to avoid spam and to close backdoors....There was also the problem that new users were not able to pass the spam question...this bug is fixed. New users may register now.

Once again: Sorry that the forum was not available yesterday and I hope that all of you had a great start this year and that the big crisis will pass quickly.
