Hi Wally & Milly,
You might find it useful contacting Scott Garraway at Park Insurance Services of Bristol. I've used this company for a couple of years now and found them helpful. Price wise I think they're reasonable for the level of cover they offer.

I'm afraid this is the only insurer I know of that covers rickshaws. Most seem to see it as either an unacceptable risk or too low volume to be worth bothering with.
