Homebuilt Sidecars

I am planning to fill my college hometown of Athens, OH with pedicabs. The tricky part is that the bars on Court St. are at a higher elevation than most, but not all of the destinations. The whole uptown area is situated on a ridge, with the Hocking River circling around it on 3 sides. Unless a trip begins and ends in the floodplain, there will be hills to face, and some can be ridiculously steep. So, I've been trying to refine a design for the sidecar pedicab setup that can be made from chopped-up bike frames. It needs to be as light as possible but my aim is to have three passenger capacity. The one pictured is my third so far and I'm about to start the fourth. Any pointers would be helpful, though I think I have a pretty good hang of it by now.

Google 'side car pedicab', lots of stuff to learn from. I've been looking at this style for cargo bikes and in a few they use a pivit, so that when you go round a corner it 'leans'. Just make sure the construction is safe & customers aren't able to hurt themselves, as that could stop you in your tracks.
