I'm a Pedicabber with three years experience who intends to set up a company in England. I worked for Edinburgh Pedicabs (now B Spokes) and then I passed the Edinburgh knowledge test and worked as a Hackney Carriage Driver for 3 years.

I'm at the lobbying stage right now; working with councils to hammer out some workable legislation for pedicabs.

The European Union currently has funding available for low carbon transport in towns.

I'm looking to team up with an established or aspirant pedicab company and put in a funding application. This is European funding to for the proposal to be accepted the applicants need to be from 3 different European countries.

The deadline is at the start of May. The focus for this years funding is Leisure and Freight and there is more info at:
