LOL Well not that it matters but but I do have a masters in Business Administration. I do how ever have a hard time typing, sorry for all of the typos. Rest assured the legal papers are proofed and filed correctly.

1) I agree an internet forum is not the place to air dirty laundry. How ever James Simpson uses this forum and other online means to sell is faulty product. So this forum is the perfect place to post it. When googling Pedal Powered Work Bikes now this thread comes up in the searches. Aiding other potential victims and warning them before they buy.

2) My friend among many many other people ride the ferry twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening. Yes she did just happen to be on the ferry and just happen to be the vehicle parked directly besides him. He was in a public location and had to right to privacy there. I did not post those pictures because I would need a "authorization" from him to post the pictures in a public place. BUT they are good for court, and in fact have already been accepted as evidence.

3) I agree the "Custom" work takes time to be perfect. This is NOT custom. This is a product that Mr Simpson had claimed to be a mass produced unit that is supplied on a world wide basis. "Light years ahead of all of the competition" James Simpson made the timeline NOT ME. When a customer is given a date, it should be met. But things happen and that is why it had already been delayed TWICE before all of this started. It is far from unrealistic to expect deadlines to be met.

4) All I asked for from the begining was either for all items to be repaired or for a full refund. Now he has gone into hiding. Only popping his troll head out hear and there to make another rant. I know he is in hiding because we have sent a person 3 seperate times to all of his known addresses to serve him with papers and he is not there and the people living next door also state that they have not seen him.

5) I am not the only victim and I am not the only person that has felt that online is the best place to air this out. There are two people besides me that have been ripped off by him. One for over $5000.

I am sorry to have littered this forum with this "Trailer Park" nonsense. But again I strongly feel it was need to prevent others from falling victim. Have a great day, and happy peddling!
