Whats up with all the accidents in London?

Very easy, just use an unrelated picture with a pedicab in the background and also use the same incident 3x times from different angles. The best one was a shock 'rickshaw rolled over' pick but on looking closely, you'll see that the rider is fixing a puncture!!! Fud, they even faked up a bunch of pictures to impress upon their members how dangerous pedicabs are because they can't get any actual incidents (not enough around).
