Who makes these pedicabs? Home made apparently by looking at the horrid sloppy welds and custom spray can paint job. They don't look to safe.

Sorry that was a quetion OP wasn't it? lol
I just responded to an email I got from someone else the the pedicab business. I should have read entire OP.

Anyways.... that is the handy work of James Simpson of Pedal Power Bike Taxi. That one in pics belongs to a nice family in Rhode Island that paid over $5000 to have it built by James Simposn and it now sits collecting dust because it is not usable for many reasons.

This is by the looks an attempt at an aluminum pedicab, hence the nasty welding - does not look like it's anything but a home build.
