yeah Ian at CM missed a trick there, maybe he should answer the phone.I chose CM's because of the gearing and diff due to the brutal hills we have in pembrokeshire. Matt Baker's gonna hurt like hell.

Well, he lived to tell the tale £1.2m in the bag and nothing broken or chocking. Velocab rocked!!!!!! We did soup it up to 24spd and as he's never ridden one before, getting on a pedicab from scratch and ridding all the way to London from Edinburgh was never going to be easy
The amazing thing about the German made velocab is that once the canopy and mudguards are off it's even lighter then a Maximus or EcoTaxi. In Germany they run bike rims and tires + 24 spd, the thing shifts/flies but at BB we did not want a racer at the time, just something that works and works!!! Proved a good choice if we look at the competition but now with the new BugKM (BMW of pedicabs has arrived
and German mixed with British engineering has provided the next step

PS: as we are now selling off the Velocabs, any one looking to set up should get in touch. Our fleet is in good condition and will keep working for the next 15 years
