Canterbury to Edinburgh Pics
Here are a few snaps taken during the odyssey, giving a vague insight into my surreal world of chafing and red bull addiction.

Grand
Bloody grand & I got a tast of how long the gap between London & Canterbury alone feels like. It took me 5.5hrs to cycle on a normal bike from Ashford (not far from Canterbury) to Finsbury were me lives. Your efforts have thrown the gountlet for me to try & bring my canterbury trike to London by the grit of mein knees - see what you have started????? Still, feel like a pussy for doing 'just' to London but realy I'm not as nuts as some crazy welsh ......... 'no knees' crazy guy

Knees are for Kneeling... Sucka!!
What, you mean you got a training run in, AND you haven't been in hospital with a ruptured spleen... pah, you ain't a pussy, youz a zygotic kitten.
Nonetheless, its a nice ride, very continental what with all the avenues of trees and the fresh summer breeze; no wonder they call it the garden of England; although in autumn/winter, its likely to be leaf mulch spin out frozen nipple chafe hell.
Maybe with a bit of prior organization (another pussy point I'm afraid) you could get sponsorship; in hindsight I missed out on a big thing... Sustrans might be worth a try, or use your ample wisdom to select as appropriate.

zygotic kitten spits furry ball
Ok,Ok, I'm not cycling accross barren waste land in shorts with just a packet of crisps, willst dragging my (very) ill buddy & is unkle with a broken leg.
Nore do I go up & down very steep hills with 3 scots & a barrel of beer (+ small haggis sandwich) but just for my self asteeeeeeam leave me the small title of 'noble but kind wuss' if pussy has been taken by others more deserving of 'first place pussy'or the more elustrious 'hard B*sard of pedicabs' which may just belong to some scotish mountain monster which you may be the one of.
Trixi may we please have a pole for whom most suit the following titles
For 'hard B*sard of pedicabs'
I nominate - ty004
For 'too crazy to know pedicab road rules'
I nominate - 'tesco bag boy' (one ways are his ways)
For 'pussy of pedicabing'
I nominate - 'tdayuk'
For 'zygotic kitten'
been nominated by ty004
For 'noble but kind wuss'
I nominate - tdayuk

Snigger, chortle, guffaw;
Friedel, all told, though I have thighs of steel and the will of a dangerous criminal, I bow before thee, for general tickling duties. Please accept the mantle of most knowledgeable yet approachable of all the UK clan. Aren't you lucky? are you going to scamper home and tell mum of your exciting day?
For the record, I'm not all that hard, I just can't be arsed with shaving; although if anyone wants a game of knuckles...
If you do go for the appetiser of Canterbury - London, you have to do shooters hill in 1; that alone is sufficient to revoke all mention of feline/genital sub genres; although it has to be in the dark to give that additional air of hopelessness to be overcome.
I'm off to wrestle a highland haggis with nothing but lycra to protect against its claws.
P.S.
Hi Trixi, I did have fun, but more of the S+M type grimacing stuff than the joyous warm smile of a sunny day.

For 'noble but kind wuss'
Have told mama & mein pet dragon of new title but had to use stick to scratch mein dragon behind ear to warm her of the idea. She too did a short spell on the pedicabs round Northampton or was that Norwich.... still lots of hills, a brox & a canterbury trike.
Sadly our bliss as pedicab couple was ripted to bits with only one trip in London, which brought forth her firy breath & murder in the eyes look. Some thing about how I nimbly dashed off with my ride leaving her to follow with hers through traffic & fumes. She was gutting me befor we even collected the cash from our passengers, much to their amusment, though we are still together & I know when to duck when the flames gush forth.
