Default question - single passenger model?

I have been looking at pedicabs, though not for business reasons What interests me is something to carry a single passenger in comfort, and potentially not being so wide a vehicle. Anything like this out there?

Question Whats your location UK or US

There are quite a few trikes, that would serve you purpose but failing that there are options to get a cycle adapted. What's your budget & what are your specs?

    Default

I am located in southern california to the north of los angeles. From what I have seen, I like the main street broadway model and I think they build them in colorado. Interested in a single passenger model as I want a vehicle with a narrow width. I would be carrying around my mom who is quite elderly. The main street broadway appears to be easy to get in and out.

    Default How about the Boardwalk?

I think a Boardwalk model would suit your needs. (Base price $2900.)The front hand rail and side steps would make it easy for your mother to get on and off. It has the same wide wheel base as all MSP models which adds stability. I've been on tricycles with narrow wheel bases which feel like they could easily tip over when going around a corner. The Boardwalk has safe hydraulic brakes for rapid stopping ability. A sun canopy for $300 is optional. The Broadway would be fine, too, but would be more expensive. It has the lighting system in the back and shock absorbers which you wouldn't need. Contact Main Street Pedicabs if you want further information. www.pedicab.com
