Default Regulations In Houston Texas Are Here

What Is The City Thinking We Are All Going To Go Out Of Business. The City Of Houston Is Trying To Get Rid Of Cabs With Current Regulations. From The Physical Of Drivers, To The Placement Of Lights On Bikes. Could Someone Tell Me If They Are This Extreme In Other Cities?

I would love to see the regulations, can you post a copy or send them to me? What do you parts do you consider extreme? Has it been a free-for-all there up to this point?
